This five-day course presents a full understanding of lubricant base oil manufacturing technologies, processing schemes, operations and economics. The programme will compare and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different types of base oil manufacturing processes. Lubricant blending methods, lubricant packaging and distribution will also be presented and discussed. Practical guidance will be provided on determining how to maximise unit and plant performance. There will be presentations and discussions on the key issues facing the base oil manufacturing industry today.
